“What some of the concrete problematic directions currently engaging the field of intermedia art in Slovenia are, and how new conceptual nuances of the medium, media, or even mediality emerge through them, is best asked of the artists themselves. There are many potential interlocutors; nevertheless, three topics can be highlighted that are becoming increasingly present in the international context as well. These are the topic of sound and its ephemerality, the topic of interspecies encounters and the loosening of traditional epistemological assumptions, and the topic of computer-generated graphics and their departure from the human scale and ratio.”
